Fix Dropped Calls on Sprint

Change the roaming settings on your Sprint handsets to “home” to reduce your dropped calls, says Chuck Serapilio, CEO of Rochester, N.Y.-based Cellution. The handsets are shipped in “automatic” mode, so the phone drops calls when roaming off the Sprint network. Using the “home” setting prevents roaming to other networks, and means fewer dropped calls, he says. (
