Telecoms Managers will continue to source more and more services externally as opposed to providing them internally.  This will not be via large outsourcing initiatives but as part of a slow transition to using external suppliers to fulfill services traditionally provided internally (e.g. managing voice and data networking equipment, management of mobile phones).
